Another good activity day!! Lots of laundry and other errands. Not a challange winner, but a good effort.
Preparing for a week of work travel, I know that the activity will be there I just need to make sure that the food choices I make are appropriate and fit my plan.

Wow yesterday I rocked the activity, clean up at church and a bunch of errands. Not enough to win the daily challenge, but there is always tomorrow.

So my plan for game day, water to drink fruit to snack on and homemade chicken soup for dinner. Thank went fine, the game not so good. I did get in some activity for the day so it was not a total waste.
I was in the fan zone, unfortunately the Ducks did not prevail it was a good season and now on to next seasons games..

Good activity day, the laundry helped me with the stair climbing. Tracked well and kept busy, that is the plan.
Today was a little more subdued, as I did the majority of the chores yesterday. I do need to go through some of the christmas light strands to see which ones I can save and the ones that will be use for “spare parts” in the future.

I was going to rake leaves this morning, but instead I am doing some house work, as it is raining (oh wait this is Portland it rains all the time) not good for picking up leaves.
I did well on my activity yesterday, in spite of the pulled muscle in my right leg. Had some PT and today while it is stiff it does not hurt as much.

Oh I need a weekend to just relax. I know that I was just on vacation but I need to recoup from that and just veg. Not that it will happen as my goal is to be more active, there are leaves to rake.
I did get in some good activity yesterday, not enough to win the challenge, however, enough to earn an activity point. Tracking is going well as it has become a habit to get everything entered.

Activity helps! I am down 4#’s this week and I am feeling the groove of being on track and on program. The meeting today on portion sizes was a snap back into reality. I scanned the whole wheat bread I eat most often and as I knew 1 slice is 2 points, so you would think 2 slices would be 4, nope 5, now I will track it properly.

Ah yes the first day back at work after the holiday’s I need to get out and clear my head for a few. I think I will walk the dog.
Did ok yesterday with my tracking and activity, I am doing a daily challenge with a friend and she keeps out stepping me … hmmm … I need to walk more.
